It's an open source Windows utility for manipulating archives. Formats 7z, ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2 and TAR are supported fully, other formats can be unpacked.
You can download it at http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

This is the procedure to open my new kits:
1. Download the file to your computer
2. Locate the file.
3. Rename the .smb to a .zip file
4. Now you can open your Kit with 7 Zip
